I got a teaching position in one of the Women's College in Andra Pradesh. I may be teaching both Biology and Computer Science to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students. I first met Mahmood at the PMISV breakfast meetings for people in transition. His true sense of humanity, mentorship, drive for personal excellence and individual attention for individual excellence was inspiring. During the course of time I saw him develop a Job Search benchmark program for people that became a model for not only the West Coast Project Management Professionals but for all professional communities seeking transition. I know Mahmood since 2008, we met at the Silicon Valley chapter of the Project Management Institute. Due to the economic downturn, Mahmood started an exceptional group with the focus on getting people back to work and advance their careers.
